Method and timing of invoice issuance

Our company produces, assembles, invoices in ITALY and markets its products all over the world.
Timing for issuing documents.
IMMEDIATE ISSUE OF PURCHASE INVOICE:
- In case of purchase and immediate payment with telematic methods such as: Payment by credit card - PayPal - Satispay; an immediate invoice will be issued and sent to the email address provided upon purchase.
DELAYED ISSUE OF PURCHASE INVOICE:
- In case of purchase and order balance by bank transfer, the invoice will be issued upon notification of the payment by the bank. (on average 3/4 working days)
- In case of order with cash on delivery, the invoice will be issued and sent to the email address provided at the purchase, upon communication of the transfer of the amount due by the courier. (on average 7 working days)
Purchase with facilitated VAT
- If you have the right to apply reduced VAT, to be able to use it during the purchase, it is mandatory to contact our staff by email at info@aus-store.it to be made aware of the necessary documentation.
