What is a panel curtain?

The panel curtain is characterized by vertical rectangular sheets that slide horizontally translating one above the other thanks to the work from 2 to 5 lanes installed on the ceiling or on the wall thanks to the use of specific “shelf” supports. Once opened, the sheets will be superimposed on one another at one end of the system.

Very popular during the 90s as curtains for representative offices, thanks to their practicality, today they are increasingly present in modern homes to furnish French windows, large windows and floor-to-ceiling windows. But they are also frequently found as a solution for dividing rooms or as cabinet doors and wall cabinets. Contrary to what happens with roller blinds and in some cases with package ones, a panel system is much more practical in the case of windows often used as a passage area, perhaps for going out onto the terrace or garden, as it is not necessary collect them completely in order to free the exit.

But let's be honest, sometimes we don't know where we have placed the remote control, or the transmitter itself is further away than the curtain itself or we simply want to open it as we pass by, which is why we have equipped our motor with the TOUCH CONTROL technology. As the name implies, we can control the curtain with a simple touch, in fact by acting on the first panel the motor will start automatically, just drag the cloth a few centimeters towards the direction in which we want the curtain to move and it will move so autonomous without where to interact with the remote control.

Which fabric to use
