The fabric will be packaged in our laboratory with the attention that has distinguished us for over 40 years for the manufacturing quality of our tailoring. Specifically, this type of fabric will follow the following production process:
- Stabilization of the fabric by steam washing
- Squaring and cutting of the fabric by means of a computerized squaring bench
- Side hems, blind stitch seam
- Hemming and tape application chosen in the upper part
- Blindstitch bottom hem.
- Ironing and quality control
- Curling of the tape to bring the sheet to size (in the models that require it)
- Packing
